GRADE-WISE

Grade 5 & 6 (Boys)

World Health Day (Salad Making) will be held on April 8th. This day will help to raise awareness among students towards health issues and healthy habits.

Grade 7 & 8 (Boys)

World Health Day will be held on April 8th. During this day, general awareness and first –aid safety measures will be demonstrated to the students. Special guest lecture will also be given by a guest Doctor. It will help to raise awareness towards health issues and healthy living.

Service Day (visit to Junior School) will be conducted on April 12th. This day will be an opportunity for volunteer students to help KG 1 students and their teachers on the first day of the Junior School.

Grade 9 & 10 (Boys)

Commencement of New Academic Year will be held on April 2nd. Special assembly will be conducted to help students understand the assessment & evaluation pattern and familiarize them with various rules & regulation of the section. It will also help to facilitate initial academic advisement and extend a warm welcome to fresh wave of enthusiastic grade 9 students, renewing & reinvigorating the secondary school.

World Health Day will be celebrated on April 5th. Students will participate in any one of the following activities (Power yoga, inter-house poster making competition, inter-house salad making competition, in-class activities and display health benefits of fruits & vegetables) and apprehend & appreciate the benefits of good health. It aims to achieve universal health coverage for everyone, everywhere in 2018, under the sponsorship of World Health Organisation with slogan ‘Health for All’.

CAREER CENTRE

ACT Mock Test will be conducted on April 8th for grade 11 & 12. Students will get test preparation and experiential learning to know the coverage & scope of ACT.

A Special Presentation of University of Sydney (Australia) will be organised on April 10th (tentative) for grade 12. The objective of this presentation is to give orientation to students about their programs offer, admission requirements, application process, fee structure and deadline of application.

Special Presentations of Saint Mary’s University (Canada), Huron at Western University (Canada) and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (USA) will be held on April 11th for grade 12. These presentations aims to give orientation to students about their programs offer, admission requirements, application process, fee structure and deadline of application.

A Special Presentation of Symbiosis International University (India) will be conducted on April 12th (tentative) for grade 12. Through this presentation, students will get orientation about the university programs offer, admission requirements, application process, fee structure and deadline of application.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

CPD Program on E-Learning – “Destination Success” and “Use of Interactive White Boards” will be held from April 9th to 12th for teachers respectively. This program will help teachers to understand all collaborative tools needed. It will also help to determine their level and effectiveness in using the interactive white boards.
